Return Policy
At Makhala Designs, we want you to love your jewels. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy on Full Priced Items. You can return any UNWORN and UNUSED items within 10 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase and email us at: customerservice@makhaladesigns.com to receive a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in same condition when received. Please note that personalized or custom pieces/sizes are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned. Customer, unless specified otherwise, will be responsible for all return shipping costs including insurance equal to the value of the piece.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 10 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability and are subject to guidelines of our return policy. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

- Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to personalized, custom sizes, or custom-made jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked as final sale.

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact u immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
